Outside of work, Javier enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling, coaching sports, and volunteering. He is passionate about giving back to the community and actively participates in organizations like Fourth Plain Forward, Fourth Plain Commons, the Southwest Washington League of Latin American Citizens, and Latinos Unidos y Floreciendo. His commitment to excellence has earned him the distinction of being a State Farm Ambassador Qualifier and a member of the Honor Club for 15 consecutive years. Family is at the heart of everything he does; he is happily married, the proud father of three children, and a grandfather to two wonderful grandchildren. Their family also includes Maverick, a Great Dane who occasionally visits the office, adding to the pet-friendly atmosphere.
