"Excellent service provided by very professional staff by this agency! I don't give out 5 stars freely and easily to any businesses, but in this case the staff and this insurance agency are deservedly given the 5! In my 50 years of driving cars/motorcycles/boats and owning multiple properties (not all at once, just one after another) including some rentals, I have paid so much money for auto and home insurance and dealt with quite a few insurance companies/agencies, as one could imagine; I find that Javier Navarro - State Farm Insurance Agency is the place for me to comfortably do business with for now and the future to come. Trust for an agency and its staff to faithfully and honestly serve one's interest is very critical in this kind of business. Accidents and tragedies could happen to anyone and at any given moment, the comfort of knowing that I am always covered and my back is watched is very important to me. Navarro Agency is giving me that. The specific staff I have been working with is CAROLINA ALEJANDRE. She is a professional, very nice, easy to talk to, prompt in responding and replying to my questions/concerns/emails and messages. She is a pleasure to work with. My experience with Navarro Agency is that: *The rate is very competitive and good. *My unique and individual needs are incorporated in the insurance plans. *There is virtually no need for me to be computer literate and have long waits on the phone when needs arise that require me to contact the agency and staff. This is a BIG PLUS for me, because I belong to the older generation with limited computer and smart phone usage skill. *The location of the agency is very convenient for me to physically stop by, and the office ambiance is pleasantly and professionally inviting. *Just hearing my name on the phone when I call the staff immediately recognize who I am and ready for anything I "throw" at them.
